Jax Taylor reportedly “love bombed, had sex with, [and] then discarded” several female employees of his former Los Angeles bar, Jax’s Studio City, before stepping away from the project in July.
Nearly two years after opening the venue, the 46-year-old ex-cast member of The Valley is being accused of using his “power” and “charm” to win over women before cruelly tossing them aside amid his divorce from Brittany Cartwright, 36, leaving them feeling “humiliated” and “heartbroken.”
“I thought I was the only one he slept with [from work], but after everything ended, I found out he told the same things and used the same tricks on a few of us,” one woman, who worked at Jax’s Studio City for over a year, told The U.S. Sun on August 20. “He used his power there and his charm to manipulate his own staffers. Make us think we were the first employee he had ever been with so that we had to keep it a secret. He would make me believe he would never risk breaking the rules for anyone else but me.”
“Sometimes at the bar, he would make sexual comments or inappropriate innuendos at the workplace. I know it made me feel uncomfortable because I wouldn’t know how to respond, given he’s still my boss and I was at work. We all felt like we had to go along with it,” the bar staffer claimed.
According to the unnamed staffer, who chose to remain anonymous out of fear of “[retaliation],” she and “multiple” other staffers slept with Jax during their time working at the restaurant.
Other ladies added that Jax refused to wear protection during sex, but offered to buy Plan B.
Someone else claimed to have been discovered by Jax on Instagram, saying he “aggressively” pursued her and ultimately caused her to experience “emotional whiplash.”
“He was extremely sexual right from the first few minutes of conversation. He made plans instantly, talked about our future and what that would look like, and how he told his friends that he was in love with me. Then he gave me his phone number right away because he said his team watches what he does on socials,” she shared. “We would text all day long, and he was immediately so vulnerable and open with me. He’d say the kindest things and love bomb me day in and day out. I was hesitant at first because of his intensity and honesty. But I found out he told all of us girls that we were the only ones he was talking to and how he doesn’t see anyone or do anything. And how this is all so new to him.”
The woman also described her sexual texts from Jax as “shocking,” alleging that he told her he wanted to “put his DNA inside” of her.
“He tells every woman he’s with that she’s the only one he’s sleeping with, but it’s always a lie. He always has a roster of women. Most of the time, there’s some ridiculous name for us in his phone. He has a system he’s perfected like clockwork over the years to distract from the fact that he’s a liar,” she continued, noting that Jax would make them each think they were “the one,” while discussing the “same plans for the future” with all of them.
In addition to sharing that they received gifts from Jax, including bar merch, some women recalled being suddenly dumped after Jax “all of a sudden” got “intense moments of paranoia” and would blame them for things that weren’t their fault.
“Out of nowhere, he’d accuse me of things that weren’t true. He’d be fine, then get so angry at me out of nowhere, and everything was always my fault,” one person recalled.
As for how he navigated his divorce from Brittany, Jax would tell the women he “couldn’t be seen out in public with them until his divorce was finalized.”
“He is hiding behind his divorce being finalized to keep all of us women silent and under the radar. It’s manipulative and a terrible way to treat people,” one person stated as another claimed Jax would “blame his ex for everything” and constantly talked about “what a terrible person she was.”
“He would act like he was the victim in this. He spoke a lot about his ex-wife and how she was destroying his life and saying he doesn’t trust women anymore. He’d just say really bad things about her. He would thank me for letting him unload all of what he was dealing with on me and seemed so grateful to talk about it. I won’t get into how vulgar he got, but he would make disgusting comments about her body and her looks,” they explained.
In the end, multiple women were left feeling “humiliated,” “angry,” and “really heartbroken” by Jax.
During an episode of The Valley season two earlier this year, Jax’s co-star, Danny Booko, 41, accused him of sleeping with employees, but he denied it.
