Season 10 ofĀ Southern CharmĀ is nearing its end, and part one of theĀ much-talked-about reunionĀ is imminent. The cast drama also seems to be neverending, asĀ Shep RoseĀ recently called outĀ Paige DeSorboĀ for never attending cast trips for the series. This ledĀ Jarrett āJTā ThomasĀ to step up and defend her, prompting a bit of shade fromĀ Austen Kroll.Ā
As fans ofĀ Southern CharmĀ know, Paige has appeared on several seasons of the show as she was datingĀ Craig ConoverĀ upĀ until late last year.Ā While many fans may have enjoyed seeing that, there was probably never an expectation from production that theĀ Summer HouseĀ star would go on cast trips since she wasnāt officially part of the series.
The officialĀ Reality Blurb InstagramĀ account recently shared an article aboutĀ Shep calling out PaigeĀ for not going on cast trips with theĀ Southern CharmĀ cast. He also dissed her popularĀ Giggly Squad podcast by calling it a āstupid a** talk show.ā JT replied to the post and defended Paige against Shep.
He said in the comments section, āCanāt blame Paige at all re: the cast trip decisionā¦ Also, I love seeing her and Hannah Berner continuing to grow and succeed in life.ā It seems many fans appreciated his defense of Paige as his comment received more than 100 likes.
Despite the positive message, JT received some backlash from Austen. Comments By Bravo captured him saying, āOne of the most pathetic āpick meā ploys Iāve ever seen. Iām not surprised, though.ā
āPick meā is a term used to describe a person who attempts to get attention, usually from the opposite gender, by putting down others.
In most cases, people use the term āpick meā against women who point out flaws in other ladies to win favor from men. Regarding JT, he may be trying to up his status with other Bravo stars, as he hasĀ burned so many bridgesĀ with the mainĀ Southern Charm cast. Still, thereās nothing wrong with defending someone heās probably gotten to know at least a little.
