JAX Taylor has a history of love bombing, sleeping with, and then ditching female employees at his Studio City bar before he left the business, multiple sources have exclusively told The U.S. Sun.
The Valley star allegedly used his “power” and “charm” at the workplace to manipulate women into falling for him, and weaved a web of "lies" to keep it under the radar.

WARNING: This story contains graphic details of a sexual nature that may be disturbing to some readers.
Multiple women, including staffers at Jax’s Studio City, have come forward to share their experiences with Jax, 46, but all chose to remain anonymous due to fear of him “retaliating” against them.
One woman who has been a staffer for over a year at Jax’s, the Los Angeles bar he opened in October 2023, told The U.S. Sun that, in addition to herself, he has slept with “multiple” employees.
"I thought I was the only one he slept with [from work], but after everything ended, I found out he told the same things and used the same tricks on a few of us.
“He used his power there and his charm to manipulate his own staffers. Make us think we were the first employee he had ever been with so that we had to keep it a secret.
“He would make me believe he would never risk breaking the rules for anyone else but me.
“Sometimes at the bar, he would make sexual comments or inappropriate innuendos at the workplace.
“I know it made me feel uncomfortable because I wouldn't know how to respond, given he's still my boss and I was at work. We all felt like we had to go along with it,” the bar staffer claimed.
During season two of The Valley, co-star Danny Booko alleged that the bar owner had been sleeping with his staffers; however, Jax denied the claims.
UNPROTECTED
Multiple women had similar stories about how Jax did not wear protection but would always offer to buy the Plan B pill following the hookup.
Another woman who claimed Jax “aggressively” pursued her after finding her on Instagram and DMing her said that his behavior caused her “emotional whiplash.”
"He was extremely sexual right from the first few minutes of conversation. He made plans instantly, talked about our future and what that would look like, and how he told his friends that he was in love with me.

"Then he gave me his phone number right away because he said his team watches what he does on socials.
“We would text all day long, and he was immediately so vulnerable and open with me. He'd say the kindest things and love bomb me day in and day out.
“I was hesitant at first because of his intensity and honesty. But I found out he told all of us girls that we were the only ones he was talking to and how he doesn’t see anyone or do anything. And how this is all so new to him."
She went on to say the graphic nature of the sexual texts she would receive from Jax was “shocking,” providing one example that allegedly boasted about how he wanted to "put his DNA inside" of her.
Although she had some hesitations, she felt he was serious about her due to the proclamations he was making to her at the time, but it turns out, she wasn’t the only one he would make vows to.
'IT WAS ALWAYS A LIE'
“He tells every woman he's with that she's the only one he's sleeping with, but it's always a lie. He always has a roster of women.
“Most of the time, there's some ridiculous name for us in his phone. He has a system he's perfected like clockwork over the years to distract from the fact that he's a liar."
She added that after making each girl feel like they were “the one,” they learned he had sent the same texts, the same gifts, and the “same plans for the future” to all of them.
Part of their gifts included Jax’s bar merch, which he gave to the women he was sleeping with and allegedly asked them to send sexier pictures of them wearing the merch back to him.
The woman claimed their relationship fizzled out in a similar manner that multiple girls also stated, where Jax would “all of a sudden” get “intense moments of paranoia” that would lead to him “blaming” the girls for things that weren’t their fault.
“Out of nowhere, he’d accuse me of things that weren't true. He'd be fine, then get so angry at me out of nowhere, and everything was always my fault.”
In terms of how the public figure was able to keep things under wraps for so long, one of the women claimed that Jax would tell girls that he “couldn't be seen out in public with them until his divorce was finalized.”
“He is hiding behind his divorce being finalized to keep all of us women silent and under the radar. It’s manipulative and a terrible way to treat people.”

The former couple’s court war has bled into his relations with the women, as one girl said that Jax would “blame his ex for everything” and constantly talked about “what a terrible person she was.”
“He would act like he was the victim in this. He spoke a lot about his ex-wife and how she was destroying his life and saying he doesn't trust women anymore.
“He’d just say really bad things about her. He would thank me for letting him unload all of what he was dealing with on me and seemed so grateful to talk about it.
"I won't get into how vulgar he got, but he would make disgusting comments about her body and her looks,” she claimed.
Overall, multiple women claimed their encounters with Jax left them feeling “humiliated,” “angry,” and even “really heartbroken.”
The U.S. Sun has reached out to Jax’s rep for comment.
Jax opened his Studio City bar in late 2023 after landing a starring role on the Vanderpump Rules spinoff, The Valley.
However, following a tumultuous year of being accused of abuse by Brittany, checking into rehab for cocaine addiction, and other troubling behavior that was depicted on camera, he stepped away from the bar in July 2025.
On the show, Jax admitted to having a "short temper" that often got the best of him during his marriage to Brittany.
“Do I tend to get a little aggressive at times? Yeah, of course. It’s just me [and] who I am," Jax said in a confessional interview, adding: "But I reel it in; I’m very aware of what I’m doing; I’m very aware of how I deliver things. I'm a work in progress."
In addition to stepping away from the bar, Jax was also forced to resign from the Bravo show, and his podcast tour was canceled.
