It’s been reported that Reza Farahan, Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi, and Mercedes “MJ” Javid have wrapped filming of their new show ‘The Valley: Persian Style.’

A source from OK! teased there will be new cast members and, of course, drama!

Shahs 2.0:

“The new Shahs show is going to be a mix of what you loved in the past with new faces. They wrapped filming the season already.”

“It was LOADED with drama and it definitely will be exciting for fans to watch,” spilled the source.

A “key difference” from Shahs of Sunset to other Bravo shows is that the cast has “known each other for years and have real-life relationships. They hang out outside of the show, and they actually genuinely care about each other.”

“Even when they’re having drama or fighting, it’s genuine. When things are genuine, it’s always a bit more meaningful.”

“Stay tuned because once it starts airing, you’re going to be hooked,” concluded the insider.

The cast:

Earlier this year, Bravo TV announced Reza, GG, and “MJ” would be returning to the network for the new show. They’ve all ended up in the podcast/blogger space since Shahs of Sunset was canceled, so that should make for an interesting dynamic.

While the source teased “new faces” for the cast. Several notable names from Shahs of Sunset chose not to return. Mike Shouhed didn’t make the cut, Nema Vand relocated, and Asa Soltan lost interest.

Just days ago, GG commented on Brittany Cartwright‘s body. “No shade, but is she pregnant too? I mean, he’s holding her belly and the belly is definitely bellying.”

Kristen Doute, true to form, jumped in to defend her friend. “I have a major issue with commenting on women’s bodies — postpartum, like me, or not.”

GG quickly apologized for making assumptions about Brittany’s body. However, she turned the heat on Kristen: “Now it’s u and me… so buckle up buck teef.”

Also, Zack Wickham entered the chat to defend Brittany.

I couldn’t help but wonder … Is GG intentionally drumming up drama for The Valley: Persian Style?
