In a recent interview with Page Six, Kelly told the publication that she had put herself back on the dating market (although she is not in a rush for anything serious). "I'm not in a relationship," she said. "I am… happy to move forward with new possibilities."

In the same interview, The Real Housewives of New York City alum Kelly Bensimon admitted that she was "having fun dating." She added, "I am enjoying myself. I am not hunting. I can't wait for my next chapter. I am not in a committed relationship."
But finding another person to marry is absolutely not a priority right now because Kelly is focusing on her kids. "I have decided that my two daughters are my priority, and I won't be moving forward with this wedding," she previously told Page Six of ending her engagement. Kelly also discussed her children in an interview with the Daily Mail in July.
"It's about having personal respect and value, which I have," she said. "I'm raising two girls who are really important to me. But the prenup is really important because it talks about more than just your own personal value. I guess the biggest takeaway from this is just about protecting myself and my friends and being a solid female that people can come to. I've had so many people reach out to me and say, This happened to me … I just have so much empathy for them, and I try to be a solid sounding board for them."

Fans may wonder why Kelly Bensimon ended her engagement with Scott Litner, but it was a decision she made for her own financial protection. They reportedly disagreed about Scott signing a prenup, eventually resulting in Kelly ending their relationship.
"I'm obviously extremely disappointed, but it's not something that just happened. This is something that was building up over time, and the prenup was a big deal for me," she told Daily Mail. She continued, "It's like when you're a single parent, whether you have thousands in your account or you have a 100 million in your account, women are going to need to protect themselves, and I'm just not going to take a risk."
