Ana Quincoces is being threatened with a lawsuit from Stephanie Shojaee.
After discussing the newbie of The Real Housewives of Miami season seven on her podcast, Reality Court, the 59-year-old chef and former lawyer, who appeared on the series in a full-time role on season two and as a “friend” on season three, shared a defamation letter from Stephanie, 40, on her Instagram page.
“Breaking News,” Ana began on August 21. “Reality Court has officially made it, folks! We’ve just received our first ‘I intend to sue you for defamation’ letter. A real threat of a frivolous lawsuit and we are going to have so much fun letting this play out in the court of public opinion.”
Following a series of “thank yous,” Ana declared that Reality Court was “NOT adjourned” before encouraging her fans and followers to guess “whose feelings were hurt.”
While Ana didn’t initially say who was legally threatening her, she confirmed it was Stephanie and her husband, Masoud Shojaee, in a comment after one of her followers guessed correctly.
Ana also confirmed it was Stephanie and Masoud in an additional post.
Ana then doubled down with a second clip as she declared she “will not be silenced” and “will not be intimidated.”
“Even former defendants of other frivolous cases, lawyers, and employees have reached out to help. Nothing like having a loyal jury of listeners rally behind our First Amendment right to serve up entertainment with a side of judgment,” Ana wrote in the caption.
Meanwhile, in the video, Ana suggested that if Stephanie were truly as involved as she leads on with the Shoma Group, she wouldn’t be doodling in meetings.
“She’s neither conducting the meetings or paying attention at the meetings,” Ana stated. “If you are conducting a meeting like the bad b*tch that she claims to be, it is my opinion that it highly unlikely that you are doodling, ‘I love my geriatric husband,’ on a piece of paper. If you are an integral part of the organization and are listening in on a meeting, you also should not be doodling. You should be taking notes.”
“So, she gave herself away,” she added.
The Real Housewives of Miami season seven airs Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo.
