Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kelli Ferrell called the police after her neighbor allegedly assaulted her, Us Weekly can exclusively report.

Us obtained the 911 call that Ferrell, 40, made to the Atlanta Police Department on August 9. Before the dispatcher was able to ask the Bravo star a question, Ferrell can be heard stating, “I got time today.”

Ferrell told the dispatcher she needed police to come out to the neighborhood. She said she had confronted her neighborhood association president and “she actually put her hands on me.”

Ferrell owns a four-bedroom, three-bathroom, 2,784-square-foot home in the Atlanta community.

“I have scratches on my arm from her hitting me,” Ferrell alleged. The RHOA star said the whole thing started because she went over to the woman’s home. She was upset the HOA president had put a boot on her daughter’s car.

“There are two boots on it. It’s completely unnecessary,” she added.”

She said no weapons were involved, but “my arm is red.”

“I’m not dealing with this,” she added. The reality star said, “At this point … I don’t trust it … I recorded it, I want to show the officers so they can see what is happening.”

“I don’t feel safe with her. I really don’t. I don’t feel safe,” Ferrell added.

Ferrell described the neighbor as a 50-year-old woman named Perri.

Ferrell said she did not need an ambulance or medical attention. She told the dispatcher that the incident had occurred about 10 minutes before she called and that the neighbor was still on site.

Perri adamantly denied Ferrell’s claims.

As Us first reported, on September 2, a woman named Monualda Perri Cash filed a petition for a temporary restraining order against Ferrell.

Cash claimed she was an HOA board member in Ferrell’s community. In her filing, Cash claimed Ferrell entered her home without permission on the day Ferrell called the police.

“Kelli Potter-Ferrell aggressively entered my private patio, through my private gate in a violent manner,” Cash’s paperwork read. She claimed the RHOA star was “accompanied by others.”

“This incident occurred after her vehicle was booted for again violating [guidelines] by parking in a narrow driveway which is also a designated fire lane,” Cash explained.

Further, Cash alleged Ferrell had to be “physically restrained” and removed while exhibiting “bizarre behavior” and making alleged threats.

The court granted a temporary restraining order until a hearing later this month.

A rep for Ferrell tells Us, “Since the announcement of Kelli’s involvement with The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Mrs. Cash has engaged in a concerning pattern of behavior directed at Kelli and her family … Out of respect for all parties, we will not be commenting further at this time. We strongly urge that Kelli’s privacy — and that of her family — be respected, and we caution against the spread of misinformation.”

Ferrell debuted on RHOA in season 16. She will be returning for season 17 along with Porsha Williams, Drew Sidora and a couple of speculated newbies.
