Nick Viall's wife Natalie Joy has suffered another devastating miscarriage.
The Bachelor alum, 44, revealed his wife endured her third pregnancy loss this year on the latest episode of his podcast, The Viall Files.
Natalie, 26, who ordinarily appears on the podcast with her spouse, was absent for this particular episode as her husband shared the loss with listeners.
'As you can see, Natalie is not with us. There's no really easy way to talk about this... Sadly, Natalie experienced another miscarriage. It is her third this year, our third this year... There's no really good way to say it, it f**king sucks.'
'She’s obviously at home resting, healing, both physically and emotionally,' he said.
The couple share one-year-old River Rose Viall, a daughter who was born just two months before their Georgia wedding.

Natalie first suffered a miscarriage in January of this year before enduring a second pregnancy loss just two months later.
'When it happens the first time, the doctors and everyone kind of acknowledge that, while terrible, this is that something that can happen and everyone's just... don't freak out, there's nothing wrong, it sadly can be a part of this process,' Nick explained.
The star called their daughter an 'amazing' blessing and said they were 'very lucky' that she was a 'fairly easy' pregnancy.
'And then it happened the second time, you know, obviously we have a lot of amazing blessings in our life, first and foremost being River, minus like some morning sickness and things like that, we were very lucky to have a fairly easy pregnancy... really no complications, which was such an amazing blessing.
'Despite what's going on right now with us, our doctor keeps reminding us that that is the best sign of our future ability to grow our family.'
Now the couple, who have been together since 2020, are experiencing 'a little bit of uneasiness' in light of the back-to-back miscarriages and are now undergoing tests to determine if there's any issue.
'But right now obviously there's a little bit of uneasiness. It's far less normal to have two and three back to back.
'Now we're kind of in that very scary process of running tests and finding out more about ourselves, and it's like this weird thing of like you want them to find something, but you don't want them to find something.

'Because if they find something, you don't know what that means. We're in this kind of very uncharted territory of fact finding. Which sucks,' he added.
Nick said he was no trying to 'strike' a balance of mourning the loss while also caring for his family.
'I think for the dads out there, you're trying to strike this balance between being grieving yourself but also just keeping life together and keeping the family going,' he said.
Nick said he decided to reveal the miscarriage in order to be 'transparent' with their audience after receiving several messages from concerned fans.
'I really just wanted to be transparent with you guys 'cause I know she wasn't there yesterday, people started to notice, and we're already getting messages with like a lot of concern, so overall Natalie is doing OK physically and healing and she's OK in that respect and emotionally, we're currently dealing with that,' he said.
While Nick said Natalie was experiencing signs indicating this latest pregnancy would be a healthy one, they held back from getting excited.

'When you're pregnant, as women who know this, and with Natalie experience morning sickness her first pregnancy, the one thing that's always the "but it's a really good sign!" because when you have these symptoms, it's usually, they tell you, it's a sign of a healthy pregnancy, your hormones are changing.
'And this time around she was experiencing some of those similar symptoms... we came in with a lot of uneasiness about getting excited.
'It felt like a lot of things were going in the right direction. We had our first doctor visit, still thinking everything was going great, and expecting this time to be different and sadly it wasn't. So that was particularly hard.'
While it's 'easy' for Nick to maintain his expectations about the pregnancy until it's 'safe' to do so, he acknowledged that for his wife and other moms-to-be, 'it's impossible not to feel that connection with your child as soon as you find out you're pregnant.'
'It's tough,' he said. 'It's been a whirlwind and you know we're trying to get through it as a family, and we will.'
'I think part of this challenge is still appreciating what we have, and having River, and life goes on,' he said, adding they have many blessings in their life.
'We know that and feeling like it's OK to move on and laugh,' he continued.
'Even guilt around me being here, it's all very confusing in how you're supposed to mourn something like this.... we appreciate your support.'
