Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jackie Goldschneider has officially filed legal action against her husband Evan Goldschneider after publicly accusing him of a series of drunken violent outbursts that she claims left her covered in bruises drowning in fear and begging for help in the dead of night, DailyMail.com can reveal.

Court documents obtained by DailyMail+ show the Bravo personality, 47, submitted a petition for emergency protective orders in Bergen County late Monday. In her filing Jackie describes what she calls a documented pattern of intoxicated aggression during the couple’s marriage. The move comes just days after Jackie stunned both fans and fellow cast members with shocking photos of deep purple bruises on her arms, shoulders and face. She claims the injuries were inflicted during alcohol fueled rages by Evan, 48.

“These were nights of blood, screams and terror that no one should endure,” Jackie alleges in her sworn statement, adding that the bruises were not accidents, not misunderstandings but deliberate attacks.

Sources close to production tell DailyMail+ that Jackie broke down during a recent off camera meeting with Bravo executives, describing multiple incidents of late night violence allegedly sparked by Evan’s heavy drinking. One insider says she told us there were nights she barricaded herself in the bathroom while he pounded on the door screaming. She thought she might not survive the night.
