Sagaponack, long a Hamptons magnet for deep-pocketed buyers, has a new trophy home on offer — this one with ties to Beverly Hills and reality television.
Los Angeles financier Michael Green, founder of Dakota Financial, and his wife, Marisa Zanuck — who appeared on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” — have listed their newly completed estate on Sagg Main Street for $25 million, The Post has learned.
The 10,000-square-foot home sits on 1.4 acres south of the highway, its western-facing yard opening to protected farmland.
The couple acquired the property in 2022 for $7.6 million, then embarked on a full-scale transformation.
At the time, the house had just four bedrooms and 2½ baths. Today, the seven-bedroom, 10-bath residence reflects a ground-up reinvention.
The design team assembled for the project reads like a Hamptons roll call: built by Fifth and Dune, with architecture by Brian Brady, landscape design by Summerfield and interiors by Jon Brendt.
Among the more unusual flourishes are antique glass incorporated into the bar and a sophisticated water filtration system. Smart-home technology runs throughout.
Inside, the house features a screening room, a gym and a custom-milled home office.
Outdoors, there is a pool, a spa — plus a pavilion with a bathroom, a changing room, a fireplace and a bar. A sport court doubles for both pickleball and basketball — an amenity rarely found in Sagaponack.
Adam Hofer of Douglas Elliman, who holds the listing with Michael Lorber, said the property combines scale with setting.
“This home captures everything people dream about when they think of Sagaponack, wide-open reserve views, sunsets over the fields, and a location you can’t duplicate, just steps from the General Store,” he told The Post. “It’s rare to find a newly built estate of this scale that still feels so connected to the village charm.”
The listing underscores Sagaponack’s continued pull as one of the East End’s most desirable enclaves, where proximity to both ocean and farmland has long commanded a premium.
Zanuck, 51, was raised in Beverly Hills and is now the Regional Managing Director of the Beverly Hills office of Nest Seekers & Zanuck International. She previously worked with Hilton & Hyland and has appeared on Bravo programs including “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles.”
She shares two children with ex-husband and film producer Dean Zanuck.
