She ruptured her breast implants after jumping off a bridge for season three of Special Forces: World's Toughest Test.
Now Denise Richards has repaired the damage - and couldn't be happier with the results.
Denise sought the services of Dr. Robert Cohen, a plastic surgeon who was brought to her attention by Camille Grammer, a fellow RHOBH alum who had her implants removed by Cohen.
The Wild Things star, 54, gushed about the procedure in a seven-minute long video done for Dr. Cohen's practice, declaring 'I can't wait for bikini season!'
Not only did Denise get her implants repaired, but she also got fat removed from her belly, flanks, and bra line to insert around the implants for a 'more natural look.'
The results couldn't have come at a better time for Denise, who is likely not feeling her best due to a bitter split from Aaron Phypers.

She described her journey to getting them fixed in a seven-minute long video for the Beverly Hills Center for Plastic & Laser Surgery
The video began with Denise and Dr. Cohen chatting just minutes before she went under the knife, as she opened up about the injury that led to her surgery.
'I did a show and one of the things that I did was jumping off a bridge,' she said. 'I felt a little snap but I don't know if it was my neck or my hips or whatever when I fell off that thing. And I've had ruptured implants years ago, those were a different type of implant though.
'So this was more of a slow, misshapen look, that's how I really knew. And they hurt a little bit,' she said.
Dr. Cohen watched the moment Denise incurred the injury on Special Forces himself and admitted it was 'worse' than he initially imagined.
'She told me what happened and I imagined it and I ended up watching the show just to see for myself. It was even worse than I thought!' Dr. Cohen said.
'The mechanism of how she hurt herself was obviously not typical, but it made sense why she would have had some damage.'
Dr. Cohen suspects the injury damaged more than just her implants.
'And then addition of damaging the implants, it also I think caused a little bit of tissue damage, which created some tightening of the scar tissue called capsule contracture, which has caused some distortion of her breast appearance and also some discomfort for her,' he said, adding he felt he could help improve not just the aesthetics of her breasts but the comfort level.
'Just making her feel like her breasts were back to normal again,' he said.

In a video taken a week after she surgery, she raved about the results

The star put on a sizzling display in the 1998 film Wild Things
The video chronicled not just Denise prior to the surgery, but her recovery as well.
The actress provided an update into her recovery as she sat in bed the day after her surgery, wearing a 'fancy bra' she was to wear during her healing.
'It's actually going pretty good. Today's the day after having surgery. I'm in a little pain, but it's bearable. I actually thought it was going to be worse,' she said from her bed. 'I actually feel pretty good,' she said. 'I'm so happy that today's today and that I did it.'
'This is my fancy bra,' she added. 'And so they gave me another one, I don't know how long I'm going to be wearing them.'
A week later, Denise raved about her results.

Richards says she now can't wait for 'bikini season'
'I cannot believe it. I am so, so happy,' she said.
'I can't wait for bikini season! And I'm so happy I had the fat sucked out too! Because I've never done that before. I totally get the whole lipo thing!'
'This wasn't just me getting implants for the first time. He had to do a lot of work on my breasts and also taking some fat from my belly, my flanks, and a little on my bra line to put around the implants, which I was so happy that Dr. Cohen did because it gives it a more natural look and I've never had that before.
'And then to be able to tighten that skin around my tummy. I'm very happy about that.
'I knew in my gut and in my heart that Dr. Cohen was the right doctor for me,' she said, adding he is an 'artist.'
Denise incurred the injury while filming season three of Special Forces: World's Toughest Test, but voluntarily withdrew due to the physical challenges of the show.
Recalling the rupturing on Jeff Lewis Live earlier this year, she said: 'I jumped off a bridge, too — and that's when I ruptured my [breast] implants — off of that thing,'

She said that the harness she was wearing for the jump caused the rupture of both of her breast implants.
'I still have to get them redone,' she admitted. 'I was supposed to a month ago but couldn't because we were filming, so yeah, no, I still have to get them redone.'
Richards also said that her insurance won't pay the bill. 'I have to pay,' she said.
'I think we pretty much signed our life away doing that show... It's dangerous.'
