🚨 DRAMA UNLEASHED: Aaron Phypers accuses Denise Richards of harassment, tracking his car — while denying domestic violence claims! 🔥 - lulu

Aaron Phypers denied Denise Richards’ domestic violence allegations in a new filing — and claimed his estranged wife “is the abusive one.”

On Monday, the 53-year-old filed his response to claims Richards made in July to obtain a temporary restraining order, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.

Phypers reportedly checked the box to “not agree to the requested order,” which would require him to have no contact with Richards and participate in a batterer intervention program, among other demands.

“There is no need for such orders, as I have not abused her and will not abuse her,” the businessman wrote before going on to accuse his ex of harassment.

Phypers claimed the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum, 54, “frequently” calls him — “demonstrating that she is not afraid of me and that she is the aggressive one” — and allegedly asks “other family and friends” to do so as well.

In screenshots of Phypers’ call history, obtained by the outlet, Richards appeared to call him nine times on Aug 21. and six times on Sept. 2.

The Quantum 360 founder also claimed, “I found an AirTag tracker on my vehicle 7/6/2025 and she admitted [to] putting it there.”

Additionally, Phypers addressed Richards showing up at their Calabasas, Calif., marital home on Aug. 3 — which made headlines due to the cops being called.

“She barged aggressively and forcefully into other family members’ living spaces, including my brother’s room,” he claimed on Monday. “Denise violently smashed my cell phone, placed it in a trash can buried under bags of trash and then lied about, claiming she had not taken my phone.”

He blasted Richards’ request for spousal support, calling this a “ridiculous … way to harass” him.

“I believe that this entire domestic violence proceeding is merely a ruse to try to cut me off from being able to obtain spousal support,” Phypers wrote.

As for Richards’ desire for Phypers to return private pictures of her, he added, “I was the primary photographer for her OnlyFans account, so I took many professional photographs of her and I hold the copyrights to all of the pictures that I took.”

The Bravolebrity wed Phypers in 2018, with the actor filing for divorce in July.

Richards subsequently accused her former partner of “frequent” and “aggressive” physical violence and “degrading” verbal abuse, with a judge granting the reality star a temporary protective order.

Phypers denied Richards’ claims in a statement before accusing the actress of an alleged affair and a Vicodin addiction.
