Denise Richards has responded to estranged husband Aaron Phypersâ July divorce filing by requesting she be awarded spousal support â and that a court block Aaron from collecting spousal support from her.
After Aaron, 52, claimed he has no income and requested spousal support from her, the 54-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, who reportedly makes $250,000 per month, filed documents of her own.
Citing irreconcilable differences, just as Aaron did, Denise, who has income coming in from television appearances, brand partnerships, and OnlyFans, didnât confirm a separation date in her filing. Instead, according to a September 4 report from TMZ, she said the date was âTBD,â or to be determined. As for Aaron, he claimed the two of them split on July 4.
While it was previously believed that Aaron had adopted Deniseâs youngest daughter, Eloise, 14, Aaron shared last month that he was not Eloiseâs legal father, alleging that Denise failed to turn in the paperwork that wouldâve granted him that right, so, when it comes to child support, that will not be an issue that comes into play.
In response to Deniseâs filing, Aaron released a statement to TMZ.
âRichards is attempting to humiliate me again, just as she did with her first ex, Charlie Sheen, six years ago today! It is the same vengeance playbook as Charlie said, âD and her legal posse only deal in fiction. My day in court is painfully overdue. She is behaving like a coward, and the truth will prevail.â I, too, will be vindicated when the truth comes out, just as Charlie promised.â
âOur family has been ruined by Deniseâs lies of promising to end a year-long affair,â he concluded, signaling past claims regarding Deniseâs alleged romance with her Special Forces co-star, Rudy Reyes, 53.
Although Aaron seemed to suggest that Charlie, 60, was on his side amid his ongoing battle with Denise, it was Denise whom Charlie was seen with this week.
The former couple, who share daughters Sami Sheen, 21, and Lola Sheen, 20, reunited on Thursday for the first time since their 2006 divorce at the premiere of Charlieâs Netflix documentary, aka Charlie Sheen.

Denise and Charlieâs joint appearance comes just months after Charlie made an appearance on Denise Richards & Her Wild Things, where they joked about what it would have been like if they had stayed married.
âWe would have had fun!â Denise suspected. âRight, Charles? We wouldâve.â
âSure, we would have,â Charlie agreed.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 15 is currently in production and expected to begin airing on Bravo sometime later this year or early next year.
