Dermot O'Leary shrieked in agony as Alison Hammond stomped on his foot in her high heels during a car crash This Morning intro on Friday.
The pair, who host the programme every Friday, returned to our screens to present the latest instalment of the ITV show.
After the first advert break, Alison, 50, and Dermot, 52, showed off their best dance moves to Chesney Hawkes 1991 tune The One And Only.
The two busted a move as part of the fun segment Friday Jukebox, which they take part in every week.
Alison accidentally stands Dermot's foot just moments after twisting around in the studio.
Dermot bends over in pain and shouted: 'Ow! Oh man!'

A giggly Alison asked: 'Did I step on your foot?! I'm so sorry.'
Dermot then pointed out: 'Just look at those heels!'
Alison told him: 'I am so sorry, and I have put on a bit of timber this summer, I've been eating a few patties in Jamaica, a bit of rice and peas.
'I am so sorry.'
But Dermot told her: 'Oh man that was unforgiving.'
The presenter went on to inspect her shoes and said: 'That heel. That is a sharp wedge.'
The two have presented the end of the week's instalments of This Morning since 2021.
They took over from Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford.

It has been a busy week on the popular morning show.
It comes after a guest on This Morning who lost her husband of 50 years last year fought back the tears as she saw herself for the first time after an iconic Gok Wan makeover.
A woman named Trish appeared on the show to get some help from the fashion expert to feel herself again.
As Trish walked out into the studio, Gok said: 'I've called this outfit with love because you have got so much love about you Trisha. You are so gorgeous...'
Trish looked very emotional as she looked down at the floor and Gok continued: 'Very sadly Trisha lost her husband last year, after 50 years of marriage. His name was Michael.
'His name still is Michael. You love him, you adore him. This is about him today wasn't it?
'About you feeling proud, making him still feel proud. You're a bit nervous aren't you?'
Trish giggled: 'Yes.'
The DJ linked arms with Trish and walked her down the cat walk to the mirror and said: 'Let's make Michael proud.'
Elsewhere in Thursday's episode, This Morning fans all had the same complaint as Miriam Margolyes appeared on the sofa during Thursday's instalment of the ITV show.
The actress, 84, appeared on the programme to chat to Ben Shephard, 50, and Cat Deeley, 48, about her memoir The Little Book Of Miriam, but left viewers asking: 'do we really need to hear this before lunch?!'
But she opened up about her toilet habits while chomping into an onion.
'I didn’t put the TV on to see Miriam Margolyes talking with her mouth full about poo tests #ThisMorning.'
'Couldn’t she have her lunch before she came on #thismorning.'
