Denise Richards returns to filthy marital home to rescue 15 dogs from estranged husband Aaron Phypers

Denise Richards was spotted moving out of her $3.3 million Calabasas home on Saturday.

The 54-year-old actress — who is in the middle of a contentious divorce from Aaron Phypers — was dressed in a black T-shirt, sweatpants, and sneakers for the moving day.

She wore a dark trucker hat over her wavy honey-blonde locks — which were styled in a loose, haphazard braid — and added big round sunglasses.

Denise interacted with movers who helped her shuffle her expansive collection of pets — including 15 rescue dogs — and furniture from the residence to moving trucks.

In Los Angeles the limit of household dogs over four-months-old is three, but the City Council is considering increasing it to four.

In between bustling in and out of the mansion, she was spotted taking a phone call.

It comes after the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was given permission by a judge to enter the former marital home in order to collect her belongings.

Days ago the judge ruled that the mom-of-three could go to the home to retrieve 'her mother’s and her own personal property, including the dogs,' according to official documents.

Meanwhile, Aaron was ordered by the court to remain at least 100 yards away from the residence.

That court order was initially enacted in July via a temporary restraining order the Drop Dead Gorgeous actress secured against her estranged husband.

The filing further outlined that Aaron would 'take no action which would interfere with [Denise's] access' to the home.

Her ex was additionally ordered to return an iPhone and black Macbook that she claimed he took from her without authorization.

'In the event that Mr. Phypers does not have these items he is to serve and file a declaration to that effect,' the court ruled.

The exes also clashed on whether Aaron owns any firearms — which he denied while Denise insisted otherwise.

Aaron filed for divorce in early July, noting that they had separated three days earlier.

Weeks later he alleged that she had been having a months-long affair with a former special forces soldier named Rudy Reyes.

He claimed in a detailed letter to 'family and close friends' that Reyes had showered her with X-rated photos and videos, including a graphic clip that showed him naked and pleasuring himself.

In an exclusive interview with DailyMail.com, Aaron claimed he caught wind of his wife's alleged affair in April.

He said she'd promised to break it off, only for him to catch her lying about another hook-up with Rudy that took place at a Hilton Garden Inn in Burbank, California the following month.

He claimed his discovery of the May tryst led to an explosive argument over the July 4th holiday weekend, during which she smashed his phone.

After Aaron filed divorce paperwork on July 7, Denise hit back a week later with a request for a temporary restraining order (which she was granted) that included a laundry list of domestic abuse allegations — all of which her husband denied.
